Born and raised in Washington, Elcista brings over 15 years of experience in human resources, finance, office management, operations, and leadership to her role as Griffin Fire’s Director of Finance and Human Resources. She is dedicated to ensuring the department’s internal systems run efficiently while making a meaningful impact by supporting the team and the community they serve.

In addition to her role at Griffin Fire, Elcista serves on two nonprofit boards: SHRM Olympia, supporting the region’s HR and professional community, and a quasi-judicial board in Lewis County that partners with the Sheriff’s Office to review specialized public safety matters.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking and baking with her family, and taking in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
